KPMG Foundation people bring a wide variety of skills, experiences and networks. All of them are passionate about our purpose.

To greater reflect the communities we serve across the UK, our Trustees are drawn from a range of backgrounds. We value their diversity of experience and thought.

They come from within the KPMG family, and external members, through open recruitment.

They generally serve two terms of three years, occasionally with a third term. Four Trustees currently serve on the Finance, Investment & Risk Committee.

Equity, diversity and inclusion

The KPMG Foundation takes equity, diversity and inclusion seriously, as does our parent firm KPMG

We value the variety of experiences and perspectives of the Trustees who govern the Foundation. Bringing people together from different backgrounds is central to our ethos and in our ability to help catalyse the changes that will matter most for children and families.

The diagram below shows the current diversity analysis of our Board. We are aware that in a group of just 10 people, we are not representing all aspects of diversity and we will keep this under review.
